The Miami-Dade Parks offer afterschool care weekdays during the academic year for Miami-Dade Public Schools. Activities include homework help, indoor/outdoor play, arts & crafts, and sports. Children from first grade up are invited to participate.
Sports programs include flag football, volleyball, basketball, track and field, soccer, tennis, and softball offered in rotating three month periods depending on the season. These programs are offered for children ages eight through 15 years.
