Camp Shakespeare, held on-site at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival's facilities on the Boulder campus of the University of Colorado, is a three-week intensive summer program focusing on the skills needed for acting Shakespeare.
Participants (ages 10-18) also take workshops on vocal production, set design, stage combat, and movement. Camp concludes with the Camp Shakespeare Extravaganza - a day of performances by participants.
New in 2011: a week-long mini camp for kids ages six to nine; held 9am-12n.
