Follow in the footsteps of the famous African Congo explorers Henry Stanley and David Livingston at the jungle-themed Congo River Miniature Golf.
Course greens are moderately difficult, with plenty of caves, shafts, and hills to require a few mulligans - should your party allow it! The International Drive and Kissimmee locations offer two different 18-hole courses to choose from - the Livingston is by far the most challenging of the two.
The decor includes a "crashed" zebra-striped cargo plane, abandoned congo river boats, rock formations, waterfalls, and plenty of "jungle" decorations, which means palms and carved tiki faces. Small, plastic putters are available for toddlers, and older family members can choose from regular putters in multiple sizes.
A smallish arcade offers a few electronic games, and air hockey at some locations. Kids can even feed the live alligators surrounding the mini-golf complex. Families can also play the exploration game on the back of the scorecard. Discover the listed treasures and turn in the card at the end of your game to receive a Congo River Exploration Prize.
Birthday Parties: Parties at all locations include one round (18 holes) of golf, a free novelty golf ball for the birthday child, use of party space - either picnic tables or party room, and arcade game tokens. Food, drinks, and decorations can be brought into the complex, or each location has a list of pizza places that deliver. Each location also offers additional items and add ons. Contact the individual course for more information or to book a party.
