about Cox Farms:

In addition to running two well stocked farmers markets, Cox Farms is best known for its no-holds-barred Fall Festival. Once a year, the Centreville farms opens its doors to the public for hayrides, slides, hay pits, baby animals, seasonal food, and more. While there is no pick-your-own here, all visitors get to choose a small pumpkin to take home.

The markets offer seasonal produce (such as apples, cider, corn, honey, pumpkins, tomatoes, melons, and peaches), plants grown in their greenhouses, and trees and wreaths in December.

getting there:

Take Route 66 West to Route 29; exit 52; right onto Rt. 29; right at 3rd light at Pleasant Valley Road; 4 miles to Braddock Road. The farm is on the corner of Braddock Road and Pleasant Valley Road.
