Kid-friendly in the extreme, Cozy's has First Haircut Diplomas, car styling chairs, free lollipops & balloons, TVs, videos, Nintendo, and lots of distractions to keep the kids busy.
In fact, each salon also has a full-fledged toy store, complete with educational activities, arts & crafts, games, dolls, party favors, seasonal merchandise, travel toys, and Webkinz!
You can also throw stylin' birthday parties here. Girls ages five to nine spend the first hour "glamourizing" with hair styling (no cutting), mini-manicures, and makeup attention; then 1/2 hour partying with food and cake provided by you or by Cozy's. Extra possibilities include tattoos, polaroids, craft activities, and/or a runway show so the girls can "model" their new looks.
Party prices begin at $695 for 10 girls; each additional child is $30. Parties are held Sundays through Fridays, from 5pm-6:30pm. If the party needs to run longer, add $95 for each half hour. A 20% tip is be added to your bill as well.
A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.

tips:
The place can be a bit chaotic - there are only six cutting stations, and walk-ins are frequent (which, given the small space, means it's loud and crazy at peak times). If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful experience, this may not be the place.
