Cracker Barrel is the true definition of homestyle cooking and family dining.

Comfy, wooden rockers adorn the front porch of this dining establishment, and for good reason. The wait on Saturday and Sunday mornings can be brutal, so be prepared to "set a spell."

The wait is obviously worth it, and the menu consists of hearty (though not necessarily healthy!) breakfast plates, as well as lunch and dinner meals, too. Kids have no problem finding something yummy, and the servers make everyone feel right at home.

Kids might be distracted by all the "goodies" that greet every visitor here. A general store is strategically located at the front of the restaurant that everyone must travel through before getting to the hostess station. It's here that you find candies, toys, and gifts. Every parent's nightmare...so consider yourself warned!
