The natural amenities of Creve Coeur Park cannot be beat, especially its 320-acre lake, which St. Louisans use for fishing and boating. Surrounding the lake are a number of scenic areas, including Dripping Springs (a waterfall along the southeast shore), wildlife areas along the south and west shores, and Sailboat Cove on the northeast shore.
Four playgrounds, tennis courts, numerous picnic shelters, polo grounds, a frisbee disc "golf course," and updated, clean restrooms round out the bounty of "play hard" offerings here.
