Crowne Plaza Times Square is one of the nicest hotels in NYC's "tourist central."

Perfectly situated, with amazing views of the city, the hotel rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and sparkling clean. It's one of our favorite hotels in the area!

The hotel lobby is an escalator ride up from street level; the check-in desk team is quick, friendly, and happy to offer tips and advice to make your stay more pleasant. The hotel concierge, just to the right of the check-in desk, can score tickets to shows, proffer sight-seeing ideas, and provide dining suggestions.

Elevators to the guest rooms are discreetly patrolled by an alert team of security experts, adding an extra layer of comfort and safety for hotel guests.

The fitness center, on the 15th floor, is run by NY Sports Club and houses a good-sized indoor pool with four lanes, plenty of the usual equipment, and drop-in classes.

All double double bedded rooms - the most popular with families - have tubs, as do all king bedded rooms from the 40th floor down. King bedded rooms above the 40th floor have shower stalls only.

The hotel offers both wifi and plug-in internet access, flat screen TVs with HD, movies on demand, cribs and roll-away beds upon request. Room service is available, too!

Guests on the concierge level (floors 40 and above) can take advantage of the guest lounge on the 45th floor, which serves up tantalizing city scape views along with continental breakfasts in the morning and evening fruit and cheese goodies.

Or you can opt to dine in the hotel's lovely Brasserie 1605, where the prix fixe theater menu is one of the best dinner values in the neighborhood.
