We did a slot car party instead of a train party - my son, who turned 5 on the day, had a wonderful time and talks about it months later, as do his friends.

What a great party! We hired David to supply electric trains, the train bouncer and twisty balloons. They actually setup a day in advance so our son could play with them early, which made sharing much easier the next day. On the day of the party, the crew of 3 handled everything, so the parents were free to watch or socialize. We were able to focus on being good hosts and having fun, despite hosting bout 15 kids and 24 parents, so this was the most fun and stress-free "big" party we've ever had. Nick tends to get shy around big groups, but with so much fun at hand, he had a huge grin on his face all day. Price is very reasonable, we paid $400 for everything (before tip) and David's team spent the better part of 2 days here, so it's clearly a labor of love for them. Highly recommended!

We found David in a guide for local activities. We were looking for something fun to do for our son's 2nd birthday party and we wanted to spend time outside. David was very responsive to our requests. He always either called, or E-Mailed right back. He made great suggestions about activities for the party and he even sent our son Max an electronic birthday card. We ended up having the train, a jumpy house, face painting and animal twisty balloons. We had originally only invited about 15 kids, but we decided to send an E-Mail out to our neighbors to say they were welcome too. I would say in all we had about 25 kids. David just went with the flow. The more the merrier. He was on time, respectful. He got our older son involved in the setup so he felt like he was a part of creating the fun. David even brought some extra activities for the kids. There was no lull time during the party and everyone that came kept telling us what a great idea the party was and what a fabulous time they all had. The one thing that I was most impressed with was the fact that we (the adults) were able to have fun along with the kids. All the parents that brought kids stayed and enjoyed the train. David took care of all the setup and cleanup, so the party was very stress free for us. I would absolutely recommend David's Party Trains for any event. We were very happy!!!

David, has obviously put a lot of effort into his business of trains. He kept the kids ages 5-7 entertained and very involved. I thought the the moms would want to drop their kids, but most ended up staying and enjoying the trains also! If the birthday boy is still a big train fan next year David may get another phone call!
