A Deanwood Neighborhood Library is part of a 63,000-square-foot aquatic and community center. The 7,300-square-foot library features separate areas for children, teens, and adults; a children's storytime room; 24 computers with free WiFi Internet access; 35,000 books, CDs, DVDs, and other library materials; and an early literacy workstation (computer with special software to assist children learning to read).

A child may get a library card when he or she is able to write his or her name on the library card application. Parents may check children's books out on their own cards. Books may be borrowed for up to 21 days.
