I lived in this area for a good number of years in my youth. Loved this area. I cry when I see as it as it. Hope it is revived and new families reinvent this old neighborhood. Good luck

Several of my kids in the past seven years have spent quality time at the Neighborhood House; four in the after-school programs, and three in various Summer Day camps. It is incredible what happens on behalf of kids where there is so little support for a small, but super dedicated staff. The environment is multi-cultural, fun and safe; children are loved and challenged to be their best. Life giving values are taught, modeled and re-inforced by staff, volunteers, and positive young adults from the community. The kids who go to the Center enjoy being there and participating in field trips. I pray they will continue to receive the much needed support to keep the facility and programs available for kids.

Great facility, Great People, no worries about my children

MY THREE DAUGHTERS VICTORIA, ARIA AND LAUREN WERE IN THE SUMMER PROGRAM FOR MANY YEARS. IT STARTED AS PEOPLES COMMUNITY CENTER. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THAT THEY WOULD LOOK FORWARD TO. SUMMER FIELD TRIPS , ACTIVITIES AND FUN, WHAT MORE COULD A CHILD ASK FOR????????
