Dippy the Balloon Clown knows how to make over 80 different balloon creations, ensuring that children get something they really like. He travels to birthday parties, family reunions, company parties, church picnics, etc. to entertain kids and families. He is available either with or without the clown costume; rates vary depending on whether or not Dippy appears in clown attire and make-up (two hour minimum if dressed as a clown). Fees include all materials.
