Disney's Magical Express offers free airport shuttle service from Orlando International Airport to your Disney resort, luggage delivery, and airline check-in. The buses are actually contracted through Mears Transportation, the most popular provider of transportation from the airport.
You do need to book your ride at least 10 days ahead of arrival. Just visit disneyworld.com or call 407.WDISNEY to arrange everything. You will get a transportation booklet in the mail prior to departure from home that includes special luggage tags that allow you to bypass baggage claim and just get on the bus when you get to Orlando.
Luggage is delivered directly to the hotel, so you don't have to lug it through the airport - a fantastic option when you have kids and special stuffed animals in tow.
