Disney hearkens back to simpler times with an old fashioned soda fountain/ice cream emporium - not coincidentally next door to its El Capitan Theatre.
Homemade ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and malts jostle with rare and not-so-rare Disney merchandise (tee shirts, videos and DVDs, etc).
Character breakfasts with Minnie and Mickey are often available during the holidays, timed to coincide with the 10am screening of a Disney feature next door at El Capitan. Call to inquire and reserve seats well in advance.

getting there:
Take the 101 to Highland/Hollywood Bowl exit and head south on Highland to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right onto Hollywood Boulevard and the Soda Fountain is on your left. Parking is available in the structure across the street; partial parking validation is subject to availability.
