I went to my friend's daughter's birthday on Saturday in Tacoma, Wa and she had a performer come as Tinkerbell (Kiki). She did and AWESOME job at performing her majic! I couldn't even figure out how she did it! And the face painting was a hit! I will deffinately have Dreamstar perform at my daughter's party in a couple of months!

I had a sweet young lady from Dreamstar Parties come do my 5 year old's fairy party. She was so energetic and really involved all of the children. I know I wouldn't have been able to do it alone! Her magic was so cute, even the adults loved it. I'm planning on having them again in a few months for my 3 year old.

We had a party for my 7 year old this weekend and had Snow White (Audra) come by for 1.5 hours. She was punctual, great with the kids and everybody at the party thought she was an awesome Snow White. I would definitely book another princess from Dreamstar again. Thanks!!

We had an awsome time. I highly recommend Dreamstar Parties. Our performer did an amazing job, she was really patient with all the children. And she did a very good job guiding the party. I was a nervous reck hosting my 1st big birthday party. But everything turned out great. I would definitly use them again next year. Thanks Dreamstar Parties you rock!

This is the WORST children's performance company I've ever seen. Their parties are an embarrassment to the industry standard. Don't waste your money with these folks - look somewhere else. Dreamstar is very unprofessional and completely lacking in taste and talent.

I am the Office Manager of Dreamstar Parties. At Dreamstar we take making children celebrations as memorable as possible very seriously. We are growing very fast and believe that many of our successes are because of how much we value our customers and the ones that matter the most- the special little people in their lives. We would like the opportunity to respond to the few (as the majority of postings are compliments) complaints posted on this site about us.

Response to "Very Disappointed Mother" We regret the circumstances around this customer's party. One of our performers had a medical emergency just before the show. We did everything we could to accommodate our customer including issuing a refund and 50% off a future show. We do hundreds of parties each month at Dreamstar and receive very few complaints. Many of our customers are return customers. This is not the type of service one can expect to receive from Dreamstar.

Response to "Terrible Party:" Our performers are given, average, 2-3 weeks of hands-on, intensive training before they are allowed to perform on their own. Furthermore, all of the comments posted on our website are from real customers. Lastly, we offer some of the most reasonable rates in the industry. While we regret that you did not enjoy your experience, the overwhelming majority of our customers value our services.

Response to "Fumanchu" We apologize for these mistakes. There is no valid reason for a performer to be this late to a performance. We have coached the performer involved not only for her tardiness but for the performance overall. We appreciate the feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve. Please be assured that this is not the type of service that should be expected from Dreamstar Parties.

Dreamstar Parties finally contacted me on Tuesday, 6/17/08 after not showing up to my daughter's 1st birthday party on Saturday, 6/14/08. The performer had a medical emergency and the owner of Dreamstar was out of town. I was issued a full refund and was offered a 50% discount on any future party. I understand that things happen, but unfortunately it happened on my daughter's birthday and now I am a little skeptical about companies like Dreamstar Parties . My advice to parents out there is to be more cautious and do more research on the company before hiring a performer because you don't want this to happen to your child's party. My mistake was that I went for the reasonable price and neglected to read the reviews on Dreamstar Parties.

I'm certain the feedback comments on their site are fake, everything I've heard from other parents is terrible and our experience was the same - overpriced for the poor unexperienced under qualified young woman they sent us. She looked afraid and overwhelmed. I think they should go out of business. It's a shame because I have seen it done very well. I've been the three great princess performer parties and that's why we tried.

I want to thank you SO much for making my daughter's 3rd b-day party so MEMORABLE!! We hired the blue princess this past Saturday 6/14/08 and her skills were incredible. I'd recommend this service to anyone! Thanks again.

I had a party for my twins (a boy and a girl) this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! I had a gentle clown, because I wanted the character to be suitable for both boys and girls. The young lady was so... sweet, energetic, funny, engaging and patient. It was quite a large party (about 13 4-6 yr olds) and I was so impressed with how well she handled entertaining them all! I'd recommend this service to anyone! Excellent!

We had fairy princess for my daughter's birthday party. The performer is very inexperienced and unprofessional. We called the company after the party to complain, the person who answered the phone was very rude. We will definitely not use them anymore!

I recently attended my niece's party this past Saturday and we had a blast. The storytelling was so cute, the kids loved it! Special kudos on my daughter's face paint. The clown was so patient with all the moving around and the kitty design turned out lovely...so much so I had a hard time convincing my daughter to wash it off that night! I'm from Washington state and was surprised to learn that Dreamstar Parties serves my area as well. I'll definitely be using their services here and highly recommend them.

We had high expectations for Dreamstar Parties based on the reviews here and their website info, but the experience was disappointing. We had the Fairy Princess come for my daughter's 3rd birthday party, but she got lost and ended up being half an hour late. This was very embarassing for us as all the kids were asking where the princess was and we had to keep telling them she'll be here soon. When she did finally arrive, her acts were mediocre at best. We had 10 kids at the party and they were all very attentive in the beginning. She lost over half of them by the second act and towards the end, only 3 of the kids were still participating. Most of the kids had wandered off because they found her boring. I think her main problem was that she seemed inexperienced and she lacked the ability to connect with kids.

I live in the Los Angeles area and decided to do my daughters first birthday party in San Francisco near family. Through my internet search I found Dreamstar Parties! Not only were they great on the phone, very informational and helpful the fairy was absolutley outstanding!!! I would say the 40 plus adults at my daughters party were just as entertained as the kids were!

We had Sleeping Beauty for my daughter's 4-year old birthday party (July 2007). Sleeping Beauty was GREAT, she kept the girls entertained and laughing during the magic show; had a lot of patience with the line of anxious girls waiting to get their faces painted; and made each one of them feel very special. She even gave my daughter a "special" bracelet as her birthday present. Everyone loved her so much that now my sister will have Snow White this Saturday (Jan. 2008) for her daughter's birthday party. I absolutely recommend Dreamstar Parties for an unforgetable party.

I had a clown from dreamstar parties for my sons first birthday party. She was great. Her magic show was unbelievable we are still trying to figure it out. I have recommended there services to several people and I will surely use them again. Thanks Dreamstar parties for the best show ever.

My daughter and her friends loved the Fairy Princess you sent for her 5th birthday party. The lady was very friendly, patient and great with the kids. They especially loved the puppet shows and face painting. Would definitely book again.

I contracted Dreamstar Parties, Inc. for my daughter's birtday in August 2007. I chose two ladies to entertain: Cinderella & a Fairy Princess. BOTH were adorable! My 3-year daughter, all of her friends, even her brother loved it! As dis ALL of the paresnt. They did a full kid-friendly magic show, made baloon animals, did face painting, and even played dress-up & sing-along with all of the kids. The pictures from this even say it all. The smile on my daughter's face in every shot is priceless. I strongly recommend these folks!!! Very fair price and exceptional quality/service. :o)
