About Dunwoody Nature Center
Dunwoody Park covers 22 acres, including 1.3 miles of trails (wetland, woodland and streamside), display gardens, a picnic meadow, and a shaded playground.
The Nature Center provides a wide range of programs for children and adults, including Animal Encounters, morning and after-school Nature Classes for children ages two to 10, and Holiday and Summer Camps. Some special events include the Butterfly Festival, Enchanted Forest, Cocoa and Candles, Park after Dark, Concert in the Park, and more.
Some permanent exhibits include a composting site, a honeybee observation hive, a pollinator's paradise garden, and a raptor information center. An ever-changing art gallery provides visual expressions of nature.
Family Memberships start at $45/family.

Getting There
From Downtown: Take I-75-85N to GA 400N and continue to Northridge Road (exit #6). Stay in the far lefthand lane on the exit ramp. At the light, go straight onto Roberts Drive. You will see the Dunwoody Nature Center about two miles down Roberts Drive on the left.

- Whether you bring your water shoes for a cool stroll in Wildcat Creek or sit quietly in the treehouse and listen to the birds, DNC is a cozy natural habitat to enjoy together as a family.
