Bloomfield Hills Schools E.L. Johnson Nature Center offers school children and community members a 40-acre natural area with more than two miles of wood chipped trails, a Visitor Center, an authentic 1800s homestead, outdoor amphitheater, and picnic areas.
Nature-themed birthday parties are available. Plus, the nature center hosts summer day camps, family programs throughout the year, and scout badge programs. There are no paved paths, but jogging strollers can meet the challenge when trails are dry. No pets are allowed.
