East Meets West Yoga teaches a variety of yoga traditions and styles, from the most gentle to the most challenging, and levels from beginner through advanced. Yoga for Kids, an introduction to yoga for children, emphasizes the joy of movement, the skill of concentration, and the peace of relaxation. Itsy Bitsy Yoga - for Babies (infants from birth to pre-crawlers), Tots (crawlers to 24 months), and Tykes (two to four years) - is a developmentally-centered yoga practice for parent and child. Children's classes run 45 minutes and meet once a week for six weeks. Pre-registration is required.
