Like an indoor version of a village marketplace, Eatzi's has aisles of groceries, as well as on-site gourmet chefs preparing fresh meals. Different stations throughout the market have different specialties, including a deli counter for sandwiches. Hot meals are cooked to order, with French toast, sausage, and various egg scrambles for breakfast, and blue plate specials for lunch and dinner.

The bakery prepares more than 35 fresh breads and muffins daily, while the pastry chefs make cakes, pies, and tarts throughout the day - available both whole and in single servings. Various salads, cheeses, and drinks are also available. The full-service espresso bar serves coffee drinks and Italian sodas.

Food can be packaged to go - making Eatzi's a great place to put together a meal for a picnic - or eaten at the cafe tables. High chairs are available, and restrooms have changing tables.
