Joining sister farms in Belleville and Grafton, Eckert's Millstadt Farm is known by locals as "the fun farm." Pig races, Deere Express rides through the orchard, and the 70-foot underground slide at Eckert's Mining Company keep kids well entertained while parents are tempted by ripe produce and sweet goodies at the food stand; the seasoned meats at the Apple Smokehouse are difficult to resist, too.

Eckert's Millstadt location is also known for its super-fun autumn activities, including its amazing pumpkin cannon, the "Jack-o-Lobber," and hayrides.

The location also rents out 50 bonfire sites for special events and family get-togethers. They are available to rent every Friday and Saturday night in September and October; sign-ups are required and are often booked well in advance. Each bonfire site can accommodate approximately 40 people. The sites are $60 each plus admission to the farm.
