El Monte is a nine hole golf course which offers lessons and leagues for children. The golf season typically runs March through October. Fees are $10 per nine holes. Juniors receive a reduced rate of $5 on Mondays through Fridays. All golfers can receive an early bird discount during the week - pay $4.50 for nine holes Monday through Friday before 9am. Cart rentals cost $5 per player per nine holes.
getting there:
Located between 12th Street and 20th Street. From 20th Street, go north on Traverse Line (it becomes Valley Drive). The course is on the left.
