The winner of our 2009 Parents' Picks Awards and 2010 Parents' Picks Award for Best Theater or Theater Group for Kids, the Emerald City Theatre Company's professional directors, actors, writers, and designers focus on delivering a theater experience entire families can enjoy together. The company's productions can be seen at the Apollo Theater.
Birthday Party packages are available. Partiers can attend a show and have great seats together at a discounted rate (minimum ticket purchase 15); the Birthday Package includes a gift from the cast, as well as an announcement of the special day at the show. Or kids can host a party at the Theatre School in which party guests hone their acting skills together. Call for more information or to schedule a party.
Subscriptions are available and guarantee reserved seats and date flexibility (with the option to pick preferred performances).
Emerald City also offers a Theater School for children ages three to ten, with themes ranging from fairy tales and superheroes to a musical theater club. Parents can enroll their children online or call the school.

getting there:
All performances are held at the Apollo Theater, located at 2540 N Lincoln Ave. The Apollo has a valet-assisted parking lot at the north side of the building for both cars and buses. The Fullerton "L" stop (Red, Brown & Purple lines) is located only a few minutes away from the theater.
