We're not talking just chocolate here at the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory. Think Lemon Satin Cremes, Almond Butter Krisps, Caramel Splendors, Pecan Caramel Raptures, and Coconut Delights. During the factory tour, visitors can watch from television monitors how the treats are made and packaged.
At the end of the tour, guests get a sample chocolate and are ushered into the adjoining Botanical Cactus Garden. Use the self-guided tour to view 350 species of cactus, succulents, and desert plants from the Southwest and other deserts of the world.
