Expert Aupair honored their Contract and the issue was resolved satisfactorily.

Don't use this agency. We paid this Agency a lump sum amount, $5635 to join the aupair program with them for one year contract. They send us the 1st aupair, but she left after three months due to personal reasons. Later, we found out that she was placed with another family in Ohio. We then asked for a replacement and paid an additional $1800 to get a replacement aupair. Not to mention we have to find childcare during this period. It took three months for the replacement aupair to arrive in our house. The 2nd aupair left after three weeks with us and want to be placed with another family. Please note that in both cases, there were no complaints from either aupairs to this Agency about our family. They were just not happy in the area. With the replacement aupair, the Agency took her and is looking for a new family for her. We have been very professional and follow the State Department rules and regulations. This agency is has no concept on customer service. They do not care about their customers. They take my money to make more money for themselves. They do not support the working families who has paid them for their services. They fail to conduct investigation for find out why the aupair wants to leave, they fail to mediate and try to get the aupair to resovlve any conflicts with the host family. They fail to train the aupair about the rematching process. They support the aupair to look for other families instead of mediation and working out a solution with the family. Rematching with another family with an aupair aready in the States mean more money for them. They are very unethical.

stay away from this agency. I switched to one of the large organizations because this group couldn't rematch me when I had a problem. They are small and simply don't have the resources to run their program.
In addition, i had a hard time getting timely call backs from this company
I would stick with a trusted organization - these guys are new and have not worked out their problems yet.

This agency was great, we got our au pair, but then she left early so we need another au pair and they could not get us another,and we are out our agency fee!
