The winner of our 2008 and 2009 Parents' Picks quest to find Best Museum for Little Kids in Buffalo, Explore & More is the region's only museum designed specifically for kids - specifically, kids ages newborn to ten.

The Big Feats for the Littlest Hands exhibit provides infants with plenty of crawling, climbing and exploration activities; toddlers can brave the more challenging elements, including a mini balance-beam.

A house "under construction," food play, and a culture corner that highlights four different countries - Mexico, Netherlands, South Africa, and Vietnam - round out the space.

Birthday party themes include Animal Kingdom, Butterflies and Flowers, Clowns and/or Balloons, Construction, a Japanese Tea Party (ages 7+), and Party Princess. Fees are $130 and up, based on number of guests and day of the week. Schedule well in advance.
