Eyes for Kids specializes in eyeglasses for kids. Not only does it provide hundreds of durable glasses in kid-friendly styles and sizes for kids to choose from, the staff makes sure the fit is a comfortable one whether the child is four months or 14 years old. Once the glasses are fitted, any future adjustments are free.
The staff does everything it can to make getting glasses a stress-free event. Comfortable chairs make it easy for you to relax, and there's a play area for kids who want to work out their jitters with a good toy or game.
Non-prescription sunglasses are offered, in addition to prescription sunglasses, sports glasses, swim goggles, patches, cords, and accessories. The sun clip sunglasses are so cool-looking people will ask your children where they got them!
Note: Lenses take approximately three to four days to process. No appointments necessary.

getting there:
From I-805, exit on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and continue east. Pass the Boomers! and turn right into the parking lot at the McDonald's. Eyes for Kids is straight ahead. From Highway 163, take the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard exit west. Follow it several miles to Shawline Road. Turn left on Shawline and then right into the parking lot at McGrath Shopping Center; proceed to the other end of the mall. Eyes for Kids is located near the lefthand corner.
