I live right around the corner from there literally, we walk there. We have been there several times, my 7 year old son likes it a lot. It has never been crowded, you can go earlier play, leave & come back later on for the 1 price which is nice. Owner's are very nice. I hate Betty's b/c there is nothing but crazyness and danger at that similar place.

I wanted to say that even though the hours are clearly stated, during the month of May and June, they can close early. I called the number listed on the door and how nice it was getting to talk to someone not just saying, "Oh well it's closed." I called and the owner was so sweet came and opened just for my child in todays word my 7 dollars didn't put a dent in I'm sure the cost it did to turn it all on for me my daughter was soooooooooo happy and we had a blast played for 1 hour and she pooped out it's clean safe and open and I'll tell you that's customer service at it's finest. I would so recommend this place. Kudos to Family Inflatables.

Just wanted to say I would recommend this place. It's clean and open for all to run and play. Most of all parents that are regulars here just could say enough about it so it makes me feel comfortable as a mom coming back and telling my friends and family. Thanks for reading!

I had a party there and the female owner was complaining to one of the mothers about the other guests' children. We were also delayed in getting in and rushed out due to other parties. She was happy to take my money. Won't attend again; she needs a course in customer service. It's family owned and operated; at least the husband was nice.

My children and I visited this facility over spring break and had a great time. It wasn't dirty at all; you should expect to get your socks a little brown - that's true at any facility - but what other bounce business let's you play on the equipment with your own children? Usually they only let the children inside the bounces. As for the person that was on the phone behind the desk, she was busy booking parties from what I could hear. My children had a great time and that is all that matters.

I have attended this facility as a party guest with my child as well as a walk-in. We love it here. The kids enjoy all of the activities that are offered. It is also very parent-friendly and lots of fun on a rainy day.

We've gone several times where they have a sign outside they were closing early of course it doesn't help we are already there, she won't discount you either for closing early so I would call ahead to make sure they are open. The owner/manager will be on the phone the entire time and isn't very friendly. Don't wear white socks unless you want to be grossed out by how dirty they get. If none of that bothers you then you will have fun with your kids. They have several jumpers and it's rarely crowded. My kids (3 and 5) love it.

My daughter, my husband, and I all had a blast at this place! We had not heard about it, but were invited to a birthday party there and we are hooked. Our daughter is just under 2 and we were nervous about her getting mixed in with bigger, rougher kids, but it was the exact opposite. The kids there seemed to be well managed and under control. I think this is in part because parents are allowed to stay with their kids to help them through, provide guidance and help keep unruly kids from getting out of hand. I was nervous about getting into a moon bounce, but once I did I had the best time with my daughter. I couldn't recommend this place more! At the very least give it a try - you'll have a fantastic time!

I drive up from Delaware to take my son to this indoor FUN facility. He has a BLAST and I feel that it is WELL WORTH the travel! The facility is fun, inviting, and very clean! the manager is a sweetheart and there are a ton of activities for kids of all ages to enjoy! I felt very welcome there and we are going to be heading there often. I think a family membership there would be a great thing! Go there and have a great time with your kids - especially with the cold fall/winter weather approaching!

There was no real supervision and the party area was a mess. The manager on duty was rude and did not seem to have any real experience in handling children's play.
