The Florida State Fairgrounds is a multiple-venue complex featuring a variety of event locations, including: Charles M. Davis Special Events Center, the Charlie Lykes Arena, Bob Thomas Equestrian Center, Expo Hall, Entertainment Hall and Ford Amphitheatre.
The fairgrounds also serve as home to the Mildred W. and Doyle E. Carlton Cracker Country, a rural Florida living history museum featuring thirteen original buildings dating from 1870-1912, including a rustic cypress log corn crib and the grand, two-story Carlton house. All of the buildings, which were relocated from their original locations, have been restored and furnished with antiques of the period.
