Flying Kick Fitness Center is a family-owned and operated martial arts studio providing Tae Kwon Do - the Korean art of self-defense - and martial arts instruction for families and children ages three and up.
The Center teaches the forms and techniques of traditional Tae Kwon Do as well as Olympic-style sparring, emphasizing the five tenets of Tae Kwon Do; Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control, and Indomitable Spirit. Proper training in Tae Kwon Do improves balance, coordination, muscle tone, and flexibility as well as increases focus and concentration. Classes (both group and private are available) are held after school and on Saturdays, and the Center runs an annual summer camp for children ages four to thirteen.
