The winner of our 2008 Parents' Picks quest to find the best museum for little kids in Dallas-Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History offers education and entertainment to amuse almost all ages.
Families can pull up their sleeves and dig for dinosaur bones in the DinoDig exhibit or explore the children's museum - a special exhibit gallery designed especially for children from birth through age eight.
The museum also houses an IMAX movie theater and the Noble Planetarium. Tickets for each are sold separately from the general admission tickets, but discount combo pricing is available.
The Museum School enrolls children ages three through five for preschool.
