The town of Gilbert celebrates its history at the Gilbert Historical Museum. The museum offers fun and educational exhibits depicting the lives and stories of its earliest pioneers.

Featured exhibit rooms include memorabilia representing the town and its schools, occupations, families, old west history, military life, and home life. Planned exhibits include the history of the town's police and fire departments, a model train display, and a children's activity center in the Occupations Room.

Group and school tours are available with advance notice.

Family memberships are available.
