about Go Vertical:

Go Vertical is the largest rock climbing gym on the East Coast. All of its walls are coated with high friction texture in bright sky blues, ruby red sandstones, and a cheerful yellow lightning bolt spans the room.

The venue offers a separate kid's climbing wall with supervised walk-in climbing for all ages, no appointment needed. Go Vertical supplies all the equipment, and kids get a great taste of climbing with three climbs for $21.

The Afterschool program is geared towards kids ages 13 to 17. The highly supervised program benefits teens who are looking for something more than what is typically offered in the public or private school curriculum. It encourages thought, fitness, and fun in a social climbing environment that is just perfect for this sometimes difficult age group! The class runs in two-hour sessions, twice a week for eight weeks, at a cost of $410.

Private instruction is available at a cost of $60/hour for non-members, and $50/hour for members.

You can also set up supervised climbing parties for kids ages nine and older. A climbing party includes all the required climbing gear for each participant, and supervisors (belayers) so that you can relax while everyone else climbs. Parties run two hours.

You can bring your own drinks and snacks, or order pizza to be delivered.

Yearly and monthly membership options are also available. Monthly is $65 for adults, $55 for kids. Annual is $625 for adults and $530 for kids. Membership includes free unlimited gym use, discounts for classes, clinics, and private lessons, and free guest passes.
