Going Bonkers Family Fun Center4511

Were from Roswell N.M. we all had a a lot of fun we took our first grandbaby Presley Ann, she was so cute all she would say was Wow!!! We loved it. We will definately be back:)

I took my 14 month old daughter to Going Bonkers and we loved it! I was able to get in and play with her and needless to say she was worn out afterwards. The only complaint I have is that the food is pretty pricey. I spent $23 on lunch and it was just 2 sandwiches. Other than that, the place is awesome!

I had my daughter's Birthday at Going Bonkers at loved it! She turned 6 and our guests ranged in age from 3 to 12 and there was something for all of them. The manager who booked our party was extrememly helpful and patient (I asked about a zillion questions!) The day of the party (a Sat) the place was packed!! But surprinsingly everything still went smooth. It was organized and efficent. The party host was adorable and so sweet. We will definetly be booking my son's 8th birthday there in the fall.

Almost did not have my twins party at this venue because of employee attitude or lack there of. I felt/feel that in today's economy businesses should at least pretend to appreciate that you as a customer chose them but that was not our experience at Going Bonkers. Really felt that staff could care less whether we booked with them or not, not friendly etc etc. Well my kids wanted their party here so we went ahead and all the kids had a great time which is why I rated it 3 stars. It's packed and in demand so I guess that is why they don't need to work for their business. We spent on our party between $350-$450, and despite everyone enjoying themselves we will not have another party there.

This was a fun place for my children to play together. There is a bit of age difference so it is nice when there are places where both children can play and enjoy their own interests at the same place!

the facility is lots of fun but i do not recommend purchasing a birthday package. the staff is not very enthusiastic and they got my drink order and pizza order wrong. they called me 30 minutes before the party to take my order and it was still wrong! then they cleaned up the party and threw away all the adult drinks that we paid $2 each for! they are not very organized. i could have thrown a better party.

My daughter had a blast and I have to admit that I went and played with her. The only complaint I had was that there is not enough table to sit at. Also the food wasnt the best but not horrible. We got cheese sticks, fried pickles and 1 coke the total was $15.00 thats alot for the small serving sizes we got.

we love it. my son wasnt even 2 yet when we first took him and it was great.

not only is it good for birthday parties but you can go there just any day when this hot texas weather sets in and the kids want to go out and play take them here!!!

Going Bonkers has been open a few months and my daughter always wants to go there. Last month we celebrated her 9th birthday party there. It was the best birthday party she has ever had! The tables in the party room have a paper and crayons all over them for the kiddos to color on. Our hostess Leah was amazing! If you have a party, make sure to ask for her! She helped serve the pizza, drink and cake. She even brought out candles and carving utensils for the cake without being asked. (We had candles, but still I was very impressed.) The kids played and played for hours without ever getting bored. There is a huge arcade room, but with the playground it isn't the focus. We were able to invite about 50 of her friends. The only problem was word got around at her school and it seemed everyone wanted to come. Most of the students in her school know about Bonkers because that is where we hold our fundraisers. Her friends and kids she didn't even know were all begging to come. It was crazy! The playground is nothing like anything else we have here in Texas. I personally love it because my husband and I are completey capable of playing in the playscape with our daughter and her friends without hurting our knees. Imagine a soft spring playground instead of hard plastic tunnels. Located on the 2nd story of the playground are slides and even a rope swing. (One would probably have to see it to understand the concept.) The food in the "cafe" is delicious, they offer a bit of everything...so parents can enjoy the food too. The best part might be what they call a "quiet room." It glass enclosed room on the 2nd floor overlooking the facility. It is for adults only and comes complete with leather furniture and WIf Fi for laptops. It's a great view to watch your kids play! The staff is wonderful and seem to monitor the kids playing in the playground pretty well. The owners live locally and go around introducing themselves to the customers. They have two girls that hang around Going Bonkers too. If you want to go hang out for a few hours or the day it's so cheap. $5 for kids and $1 for adults. We spend countless hours there on the laptop in silence while our daughter blows of steam. Say goodbye to Chucke Cheese! no more headaches or $50 for just ok pizza and arcades.

This is one of the only places that has toys of this nature where you can actually get in and play with your kids. I am 30 yrs old and I had a blast playing with my 6yr old son on his birthday. I am glad I went there and not to Chucky Cheese (I wouldnt have had as much fun).
