Grandma Leeth's menu boasts comfort food from 12 different countries and has been voted Family Favorite Restaurant by readers of Metro Parent magazine.
The kids' menu includes vegetarian options ("worms and veggies" with yakisoba noodles and julienned vegetables), in addition to tantalizing burgers, pasta, panini, and a pizza egg.
Children ages two to nine can be supervised, entertained, and fed by a professional staffer - for an additional fee - while adults dine in peace. There is also a soft play area for children under age two who can crawl or walk.
Another boon for health conscious parents - sweetened carbonated beverages are not on the menu. Kids can opt for juice, milk, or milk shakes. Parents can order from a wide array of teas, local coffee, and wine and beer exclusively from the northwest.
Birthday parties at the restaurant work beautifully - kids can dine and play (and maybe learn some fun facts about table manners).
Check the SUCH a Deal! section of the Grandma Leeth's website for information about becoming a Pay It Forward member. The program is free and members are guaranteed the lowest rates in the market.
