The Greater Las Vegas After-School All-Stars operates afterschool programs at select schools throughout the Greater Las Vegas Area, including Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas. The After-School All-Stars' program focuses on "at-risk" neighborhoods. Programs are offered after school and are free to all children.

Programs include sports, educational, and cultural activities. Kids can enjoy flag football, soccer, computer classes, dance classes, mariachi and jazz band, choir, and outdoor games like kickball. For middle-school students, the Media All-Stars program provides instruction and experience in broadcast journalism. All programs are on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary by school, season, and enrollment numbers. Students who sign-up are also eligible for incentives such as field trips and prizes for good attendance.
