Each 45-minute class is broken out by age (0-6 mos, 6-12 mos, 10-18 mos, 14-28 mos, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years) enabling teachers to introduce activities that are developmentally appropriate. Gymboree sets forth the premise that by taking one of its classes for just 45 minutes once a week, you help build the foundation for social skills, cognitive development, physical ability, and self-esteem in your child.
