At Gymcats, children ages one and up (and even adults) can learn skills in tumbling/cheer, trampoline, and dance. The center is owned and operated by Kerry Griggers, a former NCAA Division I Gymnast.

Preschool classes are broken down into age-appropriate offerings: Kittens (walking-2), Cubs (3-4), and Supercubs (4 1/2-5 1/2).

Pricing varies by class. Check the website for a complete cost breakdown. Discounts are available for early payments and for families with more than one child enrolled at the facility.

Open Gym is offered on Fridays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Children ages six and up can use the equipment while supervised by trained coaches. The cost is $8 for member and guests with advanced registration, or $10 at the door. Preschool Open Gym is held on Thursdays from 12:15pm to 1:30pm and Fridays from 11:45am to 1pm. The cost is $5 and the class is for children from walking to six years old.

Parent's Night Out is offered every Friday from 6:30pm to 11pm. Kids are supervised by trained coaches, and are provided with games, free-time in the gym, movies, and pizza. With one day advanced registration, the cost is $18 for members. For nonmembers, or for members without reservations, the cost is $20. Additional siblings are $10-$12.

Birthday parties include 90 minutes of access to the gymnastics facility, games, obstacle courses, in-ground trampoline time, and fun in the loose foam pit. Certified instructors supervise the party. Each party guest receives a free lesson card. Parties cost $150 for up to 15 guests; each additional guest is $10, with a limit of 40 guests. Call ahead to reserve a party.

Summer gymnastics camp offers girls and boys ages five and up gymnastic instruction. Discounts apply for siblings and for early registration. Call or check the website for details. Off Track gymnastics programs are available as well.
