Young pioneers can spend an engaging and educational week learning hands-on about life in the 1800s. Kids can make butter, play 1800s-style baseball and games, make pioneer food using a wood stove, make corhusk dolls and other crafts, mine for gold, and feed the chickens. The outdoor program meets Monday through Friday. Scholarships may be available. Advance registration is required.
