Hawaii Dog Foundation(HDF) is a nonprofit corporation on Oahu whose primary goal is to ensure that every dog in Hawaii is given the chance to live out its natural life in peace, safety, and contentment. HDF accepts donations and attempts to find immediate foster care and eventual long-term care for all dogs in its care. HDF offers an education program regarding the humane treatment of animals designed for students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
