Head Above Water provides effective and fun swimming lessons for kids of all ages - and children learn in the privacy and familiarity of your own pool, or in one of Head Above Water's heated pools. All instructors are experienced and certified by the Red Cross, and songs, games, and toys are used to keep kids engaged in the learning process.

Classes are tailored to fit a specific student's needs and style. The staff also takes pictures of students in the water; gives accomplishment reports at the end of the session to mark the student's progress; and awards certificates of completion at the last lesson.

Lessons can begin at six months of age and continue through adulthood. Private and semi-private, "parent and me," pool parties, lifeguard services, and CPR certification training are all available through the company.

Birthday parties under Head Above Water's watchful eye include games, toys, and activities, and can be themed as a Disney Party (either Finding Nemo, Cinderella, or Little Mermaid), a Sports Party (including baseball, soccer, basketball, and football), a Hawaiian Party, or a Pre-School Party. At the end, a picture of the group is taken above or below water. The party-giving family must provide the pool. Prices vary depending on theme and number of children, from $75/hour to $150/hour.

There is an annual registration fee of $20 per child for classes.
