Heartlight Aerobics456

All 3 of my kids did Heartlight and it was a great experience! Super program, great value. Their instructor, Mary, was always smiling, positive and really fun. They had on-stage opportunities for free that would usually be so much more than we could afford. All 3 learned to dance and have fun doing it! Even my shy guy was gleaming on stage! I highly recommend this program for both girls and boys.

Heartlight is Awesome.

I am not a parent but I do want to say something. I used to go Heartlights and trust me, I had the time of my life! I loved it and still do, everytime I hear one of the songs we used it a dance the steps just reappear in my head and I feel like I was 7-9 years old again.

My daughter has been involved in Heartlight Aerobics for three years. It is an amazing afterschool program that gets kids moving to great tunes and connects them with other kids throughout the county. The culminating shows after each six week session are carefully planned and allow the kids wonderful opportunities to build their self-esteem by performing throughout San Diego with their peers. They have performed at college football game half-time shows, at the Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park, and on stage at the annual San Diego County Fair (Del Mar Fair). A great value for the money! Fun and enthusiastic instructors. Great music. An awesome way to get kids excited about movement and exercise!
