About Hersheypark
With more than 60 rides and attractions - including 10 coasters, six water rides, and more than 20 kiddie rides - Hersheypark has something for everyone.
Hersheypark offers five different ride categories, from low speed, gentle children's rides to aggressive thrill rides. Ride height and weight restrictions are available online. The Boardwalk water park area of Hersheypark features five distinctive water attractions, including East Coast Waterworks, the largest water play structure in the world. All Boardwalk attractions are included with admission to the park.
There are many options for food and beverages at the park, including vegetarian, reduced sugar, and of course, chocolate! Children's portions are available at most major restaurants, and baby foods are offered at Waterfront Creamery, Paddleboat Cafe, Minetown Restaurant, and Craftbarn Kitchen. Highchairs are available in limited numbers at most of the large concession stands in the park on a first come, first served basis. Character meals, including Breakfast in the Park and Picnic in the Park, are hosted by a life-sized Hershey's Bar and other product characters, and require advance registration.
The park does not permit food or drink to be brought inside, but picnic sites are available near the restrooms in the parking lot, in the stadium, and on the patio of the Hershey Museum. Lockers are located inside the park's main entrance, at Carousel Circle, near various restrooms, by Roller Soaker, the Pioneer Frontier changing area, in the west parking lot, the pet care parking lot, and on the walkway near Hershey Museum.
Strollers may be brought in and are available for rent inside the main entrance. The park also offers Kiddie Swap which allows two adults to take turns riding while one stands to the side with a child who is too short to ride; when one adult has two children who need to be accompanied by an adult on a ride, the children may swap places.
Hersheypark offers a variety of admission plans, including Two- and Three-day Flex plans, as well as Sunset and Consecutive Day rates. Tickets and season passes may be purchased online. The park is handicapped accessible and guests are welcome to enter with their own wheelchairs.
Hersheypark, located in the heart of Hershey's chocolate world, is just down the road from GIANT Center.

- We went in August 2006 and we loved this vacation. My family consists of my husband, me, and my three boys, ranging in age from two to seven. Every single one of them enjoyed this place sooo much they wouldn't stop talking about it afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone with kids of different ages.
