Hidden Hollow Nature Park is a nice little nature preserve along the section of Parley's Creek that runs near the Sugar House Commons shopping area. The park sits on the original site of Sugar House Park. When a large amount of land became available just east of the area, Sugar House Park was moved and it's old location was quickly forgotten and subsequently buried under tons of construction debris. It was students from Hawthorne Elementary School who restored the area and opened it to the public as a community park and outdoor classroom.
