- i just stayed for 4 nights. the hotel lobby is basically non existent! don't even look at the hotel photos of the lobby. there is NOTHING there!! only chairs and a piano that no one played. an empty bar that once was a bar and a concierge desk that was staffed one day of the 5 we were there. the concierge charges for services so beware, make your own reservations!!the rooms are great and a 10. there is a wonderful sheraton directly adjacent that has a Starbucks, a real gift shop and a fabulous lobby. this is where we headed each morning and evening. even the bellmen at the hilton recommended the sheraton. it also has direct access inside to Prudential canter for shopping, dining and the T. so if you only want a nice room and a quiet lobby the hilton is for you.if not take the sheraton.the location is really good if you go to fenway and the staff was very attentive.
