About Hip Hop Kidz
If you'd like to get your child involved in dance class, but the more traditional ballet or tap are out of the question (maybe they're just not cool enough), check out Hip Hop Kidz. You may have seen the Hip Hop Kidz dance troupe in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, or at halftime during the Heat basketball games. Though the Performance Troupe is by invitation only, anyone can participate in the dance classes.
Classes are offered for children ages five through 19 years. Discounts are offered for more than one child enrolled in the program.
Hip Hop Kidz offers a Hip Hop theme party that is half entertainment and half interactive, appropriate for ages 4 years old to teenage, and are unique and one of a kind. Parties can be held at the home, their facility, or a park or party room. Parties run two hours and consist of a performance with the nationally-known Hip Hop Kidz Production Company dancers. Each party also includes a follow-along with the party-leader/choreographer who teaches party guests some of the latest hip hop moves to the most popular hip hop music. Interactive Hip Hop games are included. Parties are available in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Multiple locations offer these classes throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. The types of classes available vary by location. Call the main office for locations and information.

- Hip Hop Kidz is one of the best things that happened to our family. The fact that my son (now 9 yrs old), can dance in a class that is not considered "girly." Also one of the best life experiences we got from Hip Hop Kidz is that ... no matter what color, size, religion, or class you are from... the love for dance - positive energy - great role models - working in teams - better self esteem - better concentration (remembering steps) - etc etc is what is really important. Hip Hop Kidz are awesome!!!!
[Submitted by Tal8/22/09 - My daughters, ages 9 and 11 are starting their second year with Hip Hop Kidz. I have been thoroughly impressed and pleased! The dance program is unique in that the students have the opportunity to advance thru the different levels. My girls are both going to be in the Broward Performace Troupe. The will have the chance to perform at local events all over South Florida. This will give them a tremendous confidence boost and help their self esteem. I can not say enough good things about the creative director and founder, Suzy Stone. She has motivated my girls to be the best they can be. Her enthusiasm and love of dance and children shines through in every class she teaches! The routines that Suzy and the other talented instructors choreograph, stress team work. The students must work together to make the dance a success. Suzy focuses on the positives in each child and helps them perform to their best ability. If you want a dance program that has top rated teachers and up to date dance moves with cool music then , Hip Hop Kidz is for you!

Suzy and Jenn have given my daughter not only confidence, but a sense of community and leadership. I love everything about what Suzy has created. Thank you ladies for creating such a fun, safe and inpirational place for my daughter to call her own and GROW into the lovely young lady she is today.
