Hires Big H050

For a hearty American meal with a good, old-fashioned feel, bring the family to Hires Big H. The Drive-In restaurant was founded in 1959 by a local grocer. It is known for its Big H burger, fresh-cut fries, homemade onion rings, dipping sauces, and frosty mugs of root beer. Other menu items include hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, and burgers with all sorts of toppings. Kids' meals offer a choice of hamburger, hot dog, corn dog, grilled cheese, or chicken strips for under $4. Fries, drink, and a treat are included in the price of the meal. Hires currently has three locations, two which feature carhop service as well as indoor dining. The third location, in West Valley, offers Litza's Pizza menu items in addition to the Hires Big H menu, and features indoor dining and a large banquet room (60 person capacity) that can be rented for parties. The banquet room rental fee is $25, which is applied toward the purchase of food. Call the West Valley location to reserve the room. Decorations are welcome. If you choose to dine inside the restaurant instead of in your car, highchairs and booster seats are available for the young ones.
