Running along Hollywood Beach, adjacent to many shops and restaurants, this area is home to several events throughout the season, including the Latin Festival in August. The Hollywood Beach Theatre is located here.
tips:
Parking for festivals can be a bit harried. We recommend parking at the Hollywood Beach Resort, Johnson Street and A1A or the Johnson Street and Michigan Street lot. Metered parking is sometimes available, but one quarter only covers 15 minutes, so unless you are loaded with quarters we recommend one of the listed lots.
getting there:
Take I-95 to Hollywood Beach Blvd. east to the beach (you'll cross the Intracoastal Waterway) and head north.
