The mission of the Holocaust Museum is to educate students and the public about the dangers of prejudice and hatred in society. Because of the nature of the exhibits, children younger than 11 are strongly discouraged from visiting.

Parents should be mindful that some images and themes could be disturbing to children - and adults. Younger children might not be ready for some of the exhibits.
