Krystal, sorry that you had a bad experience. There is always two sides to the story usually the customer is always right but in this case this review is slanderous, fraudulent and a personal attack.The last thing I would ever want is for someone to believe that any of this is true about my business and that it is dirty. Regrettably I may have lost you as a customer so this is for anyone reading the 2 reviews posted. 1.Yes you were my 4th party that day and as with any party I clean the bathroom and floors and cages after EVERY party. I have 2 indoor rabbits that are kept clean at all times I can assure anyone that my place does not smell like"feces and piss" I do 15 birthdays every week year round and not one person has ever said it smells. I don't I would not stay in the fairy party business very long if my place smelled. 2. Your party was June 6th(not 3 months ago as you said) and as with all of my parties at customer request including yours we have food and cake in the beautiful outdoor garden. I blow it off with a blower after every party. I would never serve anything on a dirty table. I personally served the pizza to your daughter after spending 30 minutes with your her trying to calm her down since she was hysterical seeing the bunnies. You and the other lady were trying to find a wine opener to drink the wine you brought. You also arrived 30 minutes late for the party so at this time we are an hour into the party and have not started to paint. After the girls finished the pizza, I said is everybody done? Who's ready to go paint? The girls jumped up ran inside and then you and the other ladie"Jada's other mom from your combined family" were upset that you saw some ants in the pizza boxes after the girls were finished and that they were still hungary and you were going on and on about the $17. I actually thought you were kidding at first but the 2 of you kept going on and on.I really was speechless. It was clear that you were very upset about the ants that I did not see. I'm not sure that you thought thru that you were coming to a business called Farmhouse..Where Art and Animals come together. I have never had one person complain of ants.You like your daughter were y freaking out about the animals and would not even come in the same room the first 30 minutes of the party. It was a self admitted fear of yours of the ants.You even admitted this. Anyway, I honesty thought YOU wanted to call off the party so I said I will pay your $17 for the pizza and if you would like to call off the party I will not charge you. I was meaning this as a nice jester and that you really wanted to leave. BTW There were no other parents at the party since you carpooled everyone from Snellville just the 2 of you. So after this I have 10 excited girls to go teach painting to. I was determined not to let this get me down. The girls and I had a blast painting and Jada even overcame her fear of bunnies. I wish I could post the picture of her beaming with the bunnies and the ones from the beginning of the party of her screaming in terror. So as the party is wrapping up and it's late your husband and 4 sons come in and you wanted them to paint so I set up for them and instructed 4 different paintings for them. I had a ball with the boys. Finally, time for cake, by this time it's late and of course we are not going back outside so we move to the inside table which was not set up since I assumed we would be outside.So I took off the tablecloth and put a completely new clean one on! The party that was supposed to be 6-8 went 6.30-9.30 and I have the time stamped on the pictures to prove that. No one wanted to leave including you. I have to ask if you were so miserable wouldn't you have wanted to leave the party in a timely fashion and not hang out especially since you said it smelled so bad? I had been working back to back parties myself since 9am and had my own family to get to but I never hurried you and continued to let the girls play with the animals. As with Jada's party, I put 110% into every child's party that I host and you know in your heart that is what I did for Jada. At the end she hugged me and said it was the best party ever. I know this is my word against yours and it's silly to play this out on an online review site.I have personally hosted 1,000s of parties myself and the one thing that keeps me going is the love I get from the kids and keeping my goal that I set day one that I opened my doors..to give every child that walks thru my doors the best party ever! I will put my hand on the bible that everything is true and I never threatened you etc. and gave you the extra painters and time for free. Just to try and make up for the ant situation. Anyone reading this has my promise that my cottage never smells and never will and it is my promise that you and your kids will have a great time.

After leaving a review 3 months ago, on how things went at my daughterâ??s party at the Farmhouse in the City, Robin calls me (twice) and tells me that she is charging me an extra fee because of the â??paragraph review that I leftâ?¦and her lawyer readâ?? (see below). Can you believe it???! She charged my credit card almost $200 because she was offended that I left a bad review back in June. Unbelievable!!! Who does that?? What kind of business is this woman running?? I have never done business with anyone like Robin and I do not wish to patronize a business owner like her again, EVER! Stop harassing me Robinâ?¦.do not call me again. Not everyone has to like you or like your business, that comes with being a business owner. Get over it! It was my worse party experience and my daughter did not have the best of time there. You cannot charge previous customers credit cards more money, 3 months after a party, because you didnâ??t like the review they left (according to your own words tonight). And why do you still keep have my credit card information?? Do you keep all your customers credit card numbers on file?

I took my daughter and friends to farmhouse in the city for her 9th birthday. First off, the place stinks! Robin does not clean the rabbitâ??s cageâ?¦all you smell is piss and feces when you walk in. I guess she had another party before my daughterâ??s because every single table was dirty! Robin was a sweetheart up until a parent and I mentioned that masses of ants got into the kids pizza that she set outside on a dirty table outside. On the table where Robin sat the pizza, there was cake (from another party) on the table cloth and cake that was dropped on the ground. Could she not have cleaned this place before her next party???!! REALLY??!!!! Well when Robin asked if the kids were done eating, I informed her that the 2 boxes of pizza went to waste because of the â??antsâ?? situation. She was totally offended. She argued with me and other parent (like for 15 minutes!!) She left and came back and argued some more with my guess/parent AND meâ?¦the one paying for her service! She threatened to call off my daughterâ??s party. Who does this??? What owner runs their business like this? She was angry that we told her ants got in the pizza box. I was out of my $17 for the pizza, that she offered to give back with an attitude, but she never did. So I still had hungry kids to take home. Anyway, after Robin went off and threatened to destroy my daughterâ??s birthday, things calm down. They kids painted and then it was time to eat cake and ice cream. She set up the â??cake eatingâ?? session on another dirty table filled with chips and stains from another party! OMG!!!! I was so ready to get out of thereâ?¦and so were the kids and other parents. As she dusted the chips off the table, she decided the tablecloth was just too dirty so she went and got another dirty tablecloth and said â??Well, this one is a little dirty too, but not as dirty as the other one.â?? Ewwwwâ?¦.really Robin?!!!! And to top it off, she supplied plates for the cake and ice, and the plates were dirty with ants crawling on them. Good thing I bought my own plates that we ended up having to use. This was the filthiest and worst birthday party I have experienced for my child. Yep, and she charged me $299 for that mess. My 21 month old had a great time chasing the chickens, exploring the wooded grounds and painting a craft. Charming place!

Robin, the owner has a love and gift for children. My daughters birthday party was wonderful and I never had to lift a finger. We went back for a summer camp, and the children got to experience many different art projects as well as play and feed the animals. My daughter loves this place!

We just stood back and watched the smiles on the childrens faces as they watched and cuddled the animals.What a happy place for kids. So clean. The birthday party was great fun with special attention given to every child. You can sure tell the owner is having fun in her barnyard. Look forward to returning and seeing more baby animals that she is expecting in the spring.
