The staff in this store is so immature, hostile, and ridiculously rude. I did not even go in with my child, so this can't be blamed on my child acting in a difficult manner. If this was my business and I found out I was being represented by this type of staff, I would fire them all. I will never spend money here again.

It is a great store .I love the shoes. I wouldn't say that the staff is nice but they aren't rude either.One sometime two of them are very helpful. It is a high end shoe store for children so I think they all should be nice even if your children do get a bit wild.They have wonderful toys and some nice gifts for new moms. I get excited when I go in there looking at the toys and shoes! Imagine a child!!!!!!! But there was one review that said our children were little beasts which is totally uncalled for since all children are not growing up in the same situation.She called the parents obnoxious. Ibiza kids is a great store even if the staff is not the best. There are only a few stores in this city which have a perfect staff .If you don't like the store buy from one of the upscale online stores.If you don't like the staff I would keep going if you if you don't have the time to keep sending shoes back because of a poor fit.

I am puzzled by the negative reviews regarding the staff. The staff is not unhelpful or exasperated. They simply resent you using their store as a playroom. There are toys set aside for kids to play with, and an area for them to do that. When you let your little beasts roam wild and trash everything, yes, they get exasperated. It's a high-end kids store, not a day care center. Perhaps they are exasperated that they have to wait on obnoxious parents who don't know the difference, and don't teach their kids manners. I know I can't stand shopping there when some of you are there either.

I have purchased shoes here no less than five or six times in the last three years. I have not had a negative experience with the staff. In fact, my skinny-footed daughter and thick-footed daughter must try on many styles before finding the right fit. I have had no problem with the staff with this issue. In fact, they have honestly steered me to less costly brands when they better suit by kids. The 50% sales are great! In sum, if you get lousy service, tell someone. But in lower Manhattan, there are few stores with Ibiza's selection.

The shoes are pricely but very good. And I also agree there is a sense of intolarance of children among the staff.what a pity they sell kids stuff. we had a very cold reception until we were about to cash guess by then were were really spending.

I agree with the other comments about the staff. It is unusual to go to a children's store where the staff is so intolerant of children. I prefer to give my money to other local shops because of their attitude - but I do sometimes find myself in there because of their shoe selection.

The selection of shoes is very decent but the service is so unhelpful and hostile that I usually leave the store irritated and without purchasing anything. This store represents the worst of New York attitude.

This store has a beautiful shoe selection and the staff is really helpful in fitting the children. There are toys provided for the children and a special area set aside where they can play while trying on shoes. There are also helpful signs to let the parents know what to discourage the children from playing with. All in all the staff is patient and friendly, and the store is a fun and egaging place for a child and parent to shop.

The shoes are imported and expensive and the store is shrewdly designed like a candy store. The staff have a strangely exasperated attitude toward assisting, and have signs for the parents not to allow the kids to use some of the store toys/animals. If you don't mind dealing with the staff, the shoes are good but pricey products.

Ibiza kids have the most fashionable shoes for little kids, i love this place and the styles are great. Best place to find european shoes
